JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Gordy: It depends on the type of case that you have and
the facility that you are located at
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Gordy: To the best of my knowledge it is 3 for 1 so if
you have a 90 day sentence more than likely you
will do like a month.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Gordy: Contraband, fights, disobeying orders, sexual
activities, stealing, murders, make sure your not
out of place.
